To start the process, please complete the inquiry form by providing your personal information along with details about your wedding date, location, and any other pertinent information. This will help me understand your needs and preferences.

Plan & Prepare

Once you’ve submitted the inquiry form, I will review your information. You can expect to receive an automated email confirming your inquiry. Soon after, I will reach out to you directly to collaborate on the hair design tailored to your wedding vision. During our discussions, we’ll work together to customize a hair design plan that aligns perfectly with your wedding theme and personal style.

Prior to your wedding, I always recommend doing a Trial Run so we can test out the style on your personal hair texture and prepare to make any necessary adjustments for your special day. I’ll make sure we get all the details down in advance so your big day will be a breeze.

It is totally normal to feel a little nervous on your wedding, since it is such a big and important day! By focusing on the positive, enjoying the process of it all, and allowing the nerves to be present and mix with the feelings of joy – that will be what you hold in your memories.

Wedding Day Hair Design FAQ

Do I need to buy extensions?

Extensions are a great way to amp up any style! A majority of styles you see online are done with extensions. They help add depth, texture, and fullness to a style. Depending on your hair length and density, extensions may be necessary to achieve certain styles.

How much time does it take to do a style?

It typically takes 45 minutes or so to complete a full and polished look for bridesmaids/guests, and anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half for the bride, depending on the style.

If I have guests who want to have their hair styled, how many can I book with my party?

I typically work most weddings by myself. In order to provide the best service without rushing, I only create up to 6 styles in one wedding. For all parties of up to 6 people (including the bride), you can book using the inquiry form, and it will ask you how many guests need styling.

If you have more than 6 people total looking to get hair done, I would still love to work with you! Shoot me a message because depending on your date, I can usually bring on an additional stylist for an extra fee.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of booking in advance, I cannot offer complete refunds. The deposit paid when booking is non-refundable.

If the booking is cancelled more than of two weeks prior to the date of the event, the remaining balance will not be charged.

If the booking is cancelled later than 2 weeks before the date of the event, then the full payment will be still be charged with no refunds. When you book, this information will be provided to you before submitting payment.

Why do you recommend doing a Trial Run?

Trial Runs are a super great way to meet the artist before your big day and test out your style with undivided attention. They are especially helpful for someone who is trying to decide between multiple styles or someone who is unsure about what they want. Whoever you are hiring, always talk to your artist to figure out if a specific style will work with your hair texture, length, density, and color.

Can you stay on during the event for touch-ups?

Generally yes! I’m happy to stick around as long as you need for a small additional fee. Please reach out to me directly before or after you book and to discuss how we can work that out for your event.

What if my date isn’t available?

If the Trial Run date isn’t available in the calendar, contact me to double check if there’s a time I can fit you in.

If your Wedding Date is not available in the calendar, it unfortunately means that date is already booked by another bride.

What if the style doesn’t look the way I want it to?

If a style does not turn out the way you envisioned it, PLEASE always talk to your stylist. I know it can be difficult to be honest but it is so important for me to provide an amazing experience where you feel like the best version of yourself.

If you are not loving the style, try and notice what specific areas you don’t like and I will be more than happy to tweak and test out different details until you feel confident. If you are wanting to change the style completely we can always add on an additional style or trial run for an extra charge to ensure you are feeling fully confident.
