“Calluna Vulgaris” is the Latin name for “heather” – an evergreen shrub stemming with purple and pink flowers.

It was commonly thought that bringing these flowers into your home or carrying one around with you would bring good luck. It is also a sign of admiration and protection.

Hair design is the art of transforming your hair and creating magic .

Every client has their own unique hair texture, color, and density – not to mention their personal facial features and face shape. These are all things I take into account when creating a style.

Meet the Designer

Ever since I was young,

I have had a passion for beauty. I loved creating a dramatic change. I remember being about 4 years old and sneaking into my moms makeup cabinet, stealing her lipstick and smearing it ALL OVER my lips and cheeks, thinking I looked so beautiful!

I have always been more of the listener than the talker. I love to hear people’s stories and perspectives on life. More than anything, I love to give people the space to feel heard and understood.

There is something special about not just creating art on someone’s head, but having that little moment in time where they feel totally at ease talking my ear off. My job is the perfect combination of both these things I love – I get to play with hair, design beautiful transformations, and spark delight and confidence in every person I meet.
